- 2-factor authentication.
We will need you to answer two security questions to allow us to action the request.
Please confirm the following details when submitting your request.
- Your date of birth
- Current postcode
Please note: you must have confirmed your mobile number to receive notifications. You can confirm your phone number by: going into 'Settings' and clicking confirm phone number or alternatively you will be prompted to do it when enabling 2FA.
