If you are transferring away from InvestEngine and you want to cancel the ISA Transfer to the new provider, you need to contact your new provider and follow the steps that they suggest. The provider will get in touch with us themselves.
If you want to cancel your ISA transfer to InvestEngine from another provider, you will need to contact our Support. From that we will forward your request to our ISA team, who will process the cancelation for you.
Kindly note: there is a specific point after which your ISA transfer cannot longer be cancelled.
Still, many providers will offer a Cool-off period. If you are not content with the service during the first 30 days from the transfer settling into your new ISA, you can cancel your ISA and get your funds back without your annual ISA allowance being affected. If you wish to return to InvestEngine in the first 30 days with the new provider, please submit a request here. Please check the T&Cs of the other provider to confirm that you are eligible.
