If you’ve referred someone (or been referred yourself) and you’re waiting on your bonus, this guide covers the most common reasons a referral reward might not have come through yet - and what to do next.
What Should Happen
Once your friend:
- Signs up using your referral link, and
- Invests at least £100 (in a Personal or Business Account)
…both of you should receive a notification inviting you to claim your bonus. This usually appears shortly after the investment has settled.
The bonus is randomly selected, and you must log in to your account to claim it.
If You Haven’t Received Your Bonus
Check the following:
Did your friend use your referral link?
- The referral must be made using your unique link
- If they signed up independently or used a different link, the reward won’t be applied automatically
Has your friend invested at least £100?
- The bonus is only triggered once their first investment reaches £100
- Setting up the account isn’t enough – they must complete an eligible investment
Did you both remain invested?
- If the referred client withdraws shortly after investing, the bonus may not be paid
- Remaining invested for the duration of the promotional period is required - see Referral Scheme Terms
Still Waiting?
If it’s been more than five working days since your friend invested £100 and:
- You haven’t received a notification to claim your reward
- Or your reward isn’t appearing in your account

- Your full name and account email
- Your friend’s name (or email, if known)
- The approximate date they signed up and invested
