Recommended Report: Full Client Valuation Report or Valuation Statement
Purpose: Lenders typically require proof of assets and overall financial standing. The Full Client Valuation Report provides a detailed summary of your holdings, while the Valuation Statement gives a snapshot of asset values at a given point in time.
2. Filing Taxes (Self-Assessment or Business Tax Reporting to HMRC)
Recommended Reports: CGT Report, VAT Invoices, Fee Schedule
Purpose: The CGT Report helps calculate capital gains tax liabilities, VAT Reports are essential for businesses registered for Value Added Tax, and the Fee Schedule provides insight into any charges that may impact your financial calculations.
