We’ll never ask you to share sensitive information like your password via email.
3. Can I call or chat with support?
Currently, InvestEngine provides support exclusively by email and our website contact form. We don’t offer phone or live chat support at this time, but our team is always happy to help promptly by email.
4. When is customer support available?
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 5.30am–11pm (UK time) and Saturday and Sunday 7am-10pm, including public holidays. We monitor messages regularly and aim to resolve most queries within 4 hours.
