Q: Why can’t I open a Managed Portfolio on your platform?
A: We are currently making important updates to our Managed and LifePlan portfolios to enhance the features and services we offer. As a result, clients new to our platform will not be able to open Managed Portfolios (including any of our LifePlan portfolios) at this time. Existing clients with Managed portfolios will not be affected by these updates and can continue managing their portfolios as usual.
Q: When will Managed Portfolios be available again?
A: While we do not have a specific relaunch date yet, we are working to complete the updates as soon as possible. We will provide updates on our website and Community pages and notify clients once they’re available again.
Q: Can I still invest with your platform while Managed Portfolios are unavailable?
A: Yes! You can still explore and invest through our DIY portfolios. Our DIY portfolios offer access to hundreds of ETFs, commission free and once Managed portfolios are available, you can invest in both portfolios or transfer cash between them.
Q: Will my existing Managed Portfolio be affected?
A: No, if you already have a Managed Portfolio, your account will not be affected by these updates. You can continue to manage your investments as usual.
Q: I already have a Managed/LifePlan portfolio with you, can open another one?
A: At this time, existing clients won't be able to open new Managed or LifePlan portfolios.
Q: How will I know when Managed Portfolios are available again?
A: We will keep our clients informed via email, platform notifications, and updates on our website and social pages. Be sure to check our announcements or subscribe to our updates to stay informed.
