At InvestEngine, we want to make sure you're receiving the right information in the right way. Whether it's important updates about your account, educational content, or investment insights, you’re in control of what you receive and how.
Here’s how to manage your communication preferences.
What You Can Control
You can choose to receive:
- Service updates – Important messages about your account and activity
- Investment insights – Market commentary, blog content, and educational emails
- Product updates and offers – New features, platform improvements, and exclusive promotions
Some emails, like security alerts or legal updates, are mandatory and can’t be turned off — but we’ll always keep them clear and relevant.
How to Update Your Preferences
You can manage your preferences anytime from within your account.
On Web:
- Log in at investengine.com
- Click your profile icon in the top right of the dashboard screen
- Under User settings click Notifications
- Tick or untick the types of notifications you’d like to receive
On Mobile App:
- Tap on your profile in the top left corner of the app
- Under User settings tap Notifications
- Tick or untick the types of notifications you’d like to receive
Changes will apply immediately, and you can update them again anytime.
Unsubscribing from Emails
If you want to unsubscribe from certain emails, you can also click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any non-essential message.
If you unsubscribe by mistake or change your mind, you can re-enable your preferences from your account settings.
