In case you lose your 2FA device or are having any other difficulty preventing you from accessing your account due to 2FA, you can submit a support request.
Please select the following options:
- Report a Technical problem.
- 2-factor authentication.
We will need you to answer two security questions to allow us to action the request.
Please confirm the following details when submitting your request:
- Your date of birth
- Current postcode
Please note: you must have confirmed your mobile number to receive notifications.
You can confirm your phone number by going into ‘Settings’ > ‘Login settings’ and enabling 2-factor authentication.
